What the Site is for

The Site provides information about Tendria and lets you start a conversation with us about a potential engagement. It is an informational and sales channel, not the Tendria product itself. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, price quote, or guarantee of availability. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

The Keyli chat

Keyli is an automated assistant. Its responses are generated and may be incomplete or inaccurate, so do not treat them as professional, legal, or financial advice. When you share contact details in the chat, you are asking us to follow up with you, and you consent to us storing the conversation and contacting you about Tendria. Please do not enter sensitive personal information (for example government IDs, payment card numbers, or health information) into the chat.

Text messaging

Tendria provides an AI assistant, Keyli, that businesses use to run their own phone and text line. If you call or text a business that uses Tendria, or consent to receive a text from it (for example, a summary of your call or a follow-up about your request), you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages related to that conversation, sent on the business’s behalf. These are conversational and customer-care messages tied to your interaction—not unsolicited marketing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, which ends further messages; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the mobile information involved is described in our Privacy Policy; we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to break, overload, or probe our systems; no automated scraping or bulk messaging of the chat; no submitting unlawful, infringing, or deliberately false content; and no using the Site to harass or harm others. We may rate limit, suspend, or block access to protect the Site and other users.

Intellectual property

The Site, the Tendria and Keyli names, and the content we publish are owned by HousePilot Inc or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share the content for your own evaluation, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, HousePilot Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on anything Keyli says.
