What we collect

When you chat with Keyli, we store the conversation and any details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, company, role, and what you are trying to solve. To protect the chat from abuse we also record a one way hashed version of your IP address and your browser’s user agent string. We do not sell your information.

Why we use it

We use what you share to respond to you, scope a potential Tendria build, and follow up about working together. We use the technical signals (hashed IP, user agent, rate limits) only to keep the chat available and prevent automated abuse. We do not use your chat content to train third party models.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, such as our hosting, database, and email delivery providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Text messages (SMS/MMS)

Tendria powers an AI assistant, Keyli, that small businesses use to handle their own phone and text line. When you call or text a business that uses Tendria, or when you ask that business’s assistant to send you a text (for example, a summary of your call or a follow-up about your request), we process your mobile number to deliver those messages on that business’s behalf. Messages are tied to a conversation you started or a relationship you have with that business—we do not send unsolicited marketing texts.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP we will not send you further texts other than a single confirmation that you have opted out.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging carriers and delivery providers (such as Twilio) needed to transmit the messages you asked for.

Retention

We keep lead information for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete the information you shared at any time using the contact below.

Your choices

You can decline to share contact details and still read the Site and ask Keyli general questions. If you have shared details, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete them. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
